Stephanie L. Chubb, of Sellersville, pleaded guilty in March to two counts of photographing or filming child sex acts and one count each of dissemination of photos or film of child sex acts, possession of child pornography, corruption of minors, indecent assault of a person less than 13, and child endangerment, according to theDA's release and state court records.
During the investigation police interviewed a man who previously was in a sexual relationship with Chubb. He told investigators that Chubb "sent him videos of child pornography, including some that showed her touching a 10-year-old boy," as stated in the release.
He turned over evidence to the police, which included a text conversation of the following the DA explained:
"three videos that depict child pornography. In a different conversation, she sent the man five more distinct videos, including two that showed Chubb inappropriately touching a boy."
Chubb was sentenced by President Judge Raymond F. McHugh to four to eight years in prison for photographing or filming child sex acts starting on Tuesday, July 30. She also must register as a sex offender for the rest of her life.
